Q:Can I still change or cancel an order I have placed? A: A completed and paid order can only be canceled through us if we haven't yet made the magnets. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order via the contact form, and we'll see what we can do for you.
Q:Do you also ship abroad? A: Yes, we ship Heppie Orders to countries in Europe.
Q:How much are my shipping costs? A: This depends on where you live and how many sets you've purchased, as the weight of the magnets is also a factor. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Within the Netherlands, the standard price is €4.25 for a letterbox package with a track and trace code.
Q:I'm not satisfied with my magnets, what now? A:At Heppie Moments, we do our utmost to deliver high-quality magnets that last a long time with normal use. If you're not satisfied, please contact us and we'll try to find a solution. For more information, see our refund policy at the bottom of the page.
