Personalized products

Our photo magnets are custom-made based on the photo you provide. These types of products legally fall under the exception to the right of withdrawal — therefore, returns are not possible, unless there is an error on our part or a damaged product upon receipt.

Have you received a non-personalized product that does not meet your expectations? You can return it within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. The return costs are for your own account.
